Who we are

UKRealEstateData provides UK property data through APIs. For any question about this notice or your data, email hello@ukrealestatedata.com.

This website

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. The postcode lookup runs in your browser; what you type is not sent to us.

Like any website, our web server records each request (IP address, browser, page and time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.

Using the APIs

Subscriptions, API keys and billing are handled by RapidAPI, under RapidAPI's own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your payment details.

With each call, RapidAPI tells us your RapidAPI username and plan. We do not store the username. In its place we keep a one-way code, together with the endpoint called, the time, the response status and speed, your plan, and the kind of software that made the call, such as Postman or Python.

We use these records to run the service, plan capacity, fix errors, prevent abuse and understand which APIs are useful. They are deleted after 90 days. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Postman

Our public Postman collections are hosted by Postman. If you view or fork them, Postman's terms and privacy policy apply.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need to deal with it.

Property data

Our APIs return information about properties and listings, which can include the business contact details of estate and letting agents. If you think a record we serve contains personal information about you, email hello@ukrealestatedata.com and we will look into it promptly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider stores data on our behalf. We share information with others only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ukrealestatedata.com. Because API usage is stored under a one-way code, include your RapidAPI username so we can find your records.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
